Bana Soumetho is a strategic leader and social architect dedicated to building strong communities, fostering collaboration, and shaping impactful initiatives. As the CEO of Privia & Co., she leads high-level consulting efforts for businesses, nonprofits, and institutions, helping organizations navigate growth, strategy, and organizational development.
In addition to her work in consulting, Bana serves as Chair of the Southeast Asian Leadership Alliance (SEALA), where she works to cultivate relationships and elevate Southeast Asian voices in decision-making spaces. She is also a Co-Founder of the Lao Arts & Culture Collective (LACC), an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting Lao heritage through cultural programming and community engagement.
Bana challenges conventional approaches that are ineffective and actively explores new frontiers in social innovation, working with policymakers and stakeholders to advance discussions on opportunity, access, and sustainable change.
