For donors who do not require a tax-deductible receipt, direct contributions help us minimize third-party fees, allowing more of your donation to directly support our mission.

For donors who require a tax-deductible receipt for itemized deductions, contributions can be made via GiveMN.
- Note: Donations made through GiveMN are processed by our fiscal sponsor, Propel Nonprofits, which is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
- Fees: Donations through GiveMN are subject to third-party transaction fees in addition to a 7% fiscal sponsor fee. While these fees are necessary for processing and administrative support, direct contributions help reduce these additional costs.

Lao Arts and Culture Collective (LACC) is a registered nonprofit organization in the state of Minnesota, dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Lao culture and traditions.
LACC is proud to partner with Propel Nonprofits, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, as our fiscal sponsor. Through this partnership, LACC is able to accept tax-deductible donations. Contributions made through Propel Nonprofits to support LACC’s mission are fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
