Donation and Refund Policy
Introduction
Lao Arts and Culture Collective (“LACC”) is committed to transparency and accountability in the management of contributions received from donors. This policy outlines the terms governing the receipt, allocation, and refundability of donations made to LACC.
Donations
Use of Funds: All donations are used exclusively to further LACC’s mission, including but not limited to funding programs, events, and operational expenses.
Tax Status and Deductibility: LACC is a registered nonprofit in the State of Minnesota. However, contributions made directly to LACC are not tax-deductible under federal tax law unless processed through LACC’s designated fiscal sponsor, which qualifies as a tax-exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors requiring a tax-deductible receipt must contribute through LACC’s GiveMN page or other approved fiscal sponsorship channels. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Contributions: All donations are irrevocable and non-refundable, except in cases of fraud, duplicate transactions, or proven processing errors.

GiveMN Page Management: Propel Nonprofits administers LACC’s GiveMN fundraising page, facilitating tax-deductible contributions through the platform.
